Why Does My Doll Not Look Like The Pictures?
The dolls pictured on our website are made directly from the artist's sculpt. Some changes may occur between this version and the manufactured version. We strive for the highest quality and standards for each and every doll we produce.

Why Is My Doll Turning Black/Blue?
Your doll is made from a luxurious vinyl. Unfortunately, certain dyed fabrics can transfer color to your doll's skin. Make sure that any clothing that did not come with the doll is pre-washed to avoid transferring dyes to your doll's skin. You may also want to avoid dark-toned clothing on the, specially light skin tones to prevent this problem.
Can we make a reborn doll with the photo you provided?
We could do a reborn baby doll with the photo you provided. But it needs at least $500.Email us if you are still interested.
Does the reborn doll have movable parts?
The arms and legs of the reborn dolls can be moved up and down.
Can the baby take a bath?
